6. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship completed photo albums to the address you provide during the order process. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes for international orders.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt and reporting any damage or discrepancies to us within 7 days of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
